Mine dump truck MD-230
Mining dump truck MD-230 is a dump truck of a special design designed for carrying out transport operations in underground mine workings.
The machine is operated outside the explosive zones of underground mines and through the passage, as well as in open pit mining, tunnel construction, etc.
Scraper mobile drift conveyors
The scraper mobile drift conveyor is designed for transportation of rock mass (ore, coal, shale) in mines from working and tunneling faces to subsequent vehicles.
Designed for mechanical crushing of oversized lumps (no more than 600 mm in size) of ore transported from the working face by the traction arm of the scraper conveyor.
Flotation machines
Flotation machines are designed to carry out the operation of separating sylvite and halite minerals by the flotation method, based on the different ability of these minerals to fix on the interface.
Hydrocyclones
The device is designed for desliming, thickening of sludge and flotation products, clarification of circulating waters, classification of ore pulp in the stages of fine grinding in a closed cycle with ball mills and enrichment of fine fractions of coal and ores in an aqueous medium and heavy suspensions in a centrifugal field.
Drying Brabans
The contact tank consists of a container and a drive with an impeller. A cylindrical container with a bottom and a lid is made of carbon or stainless steel. On the cover of the tank there is a frame, a drive stand with an impeller, an electric motor with a V-belt transmission and a guard.
Contact vats
Drying drums are designed for drying salts at sylvinite-processing plants for the production of potash mineral fertilizers.
Mixers
Twin-shaft mixers are used for mixing bulk materials. Mixers-granulators are designed for granulating dusty products with the addition of a binder and for reagent processing of bulk materials.
The drilling depth is 40 m with a rod of 8.5 m. The feed pressure creates a force on the bit of 270 kN. Due to the diesel drive, the autonomy of the machine is ensured and the time for its movement is reduced, which does not depend on the re-installation of the open-pit electrical networks.
All technological processes – drilling, bit replacement, assembly and disassembly of the drill string – are mechanized and automated as much as possible.
