Transport equipment
Transport Equipment
Reducing the weight of the crane, and as a consequence, reducing the loads on the wheel, with unchanged functionality and safety margin, is achieved by optimizing the cross-sections of the longitudinal beams, using combined movement mechanisms – gear motors, modern lifting mechanisms – electric hoists and freight bogies. In addition, the elements that increase the maintainability of the cranes were retained: the use of an axlebox wheel system on the end beams and crane trolleys.
The reduced dimensions of the cranes in terms of building height also have their advantages – this makes it possible to operate them in various production facilities with low ceilings.
By itself, the plate-type feeder is a multi-row endless chain, which functions, relying on the upper and lower rollers mounted on the frame in bearings.
The feeder is used in continuously operating equipment and ensures the maximum output of the machines due to the prompt and constant transportation of bulk raw materials.
Features and types
- Heavy. They are used to transport raw materials up to 1200 mm in size from the hopper to the primary crushing machine;
- Middle. Designed for feeding wet, lumpy, abrasive or hot materials up to 500 mm in diameter into crushing machines for primary and secondary crushing.
Becoming the conveyor and the location of the drive is designed for specific conditions of the customer’s work.
For opencast mining, conveyors are supplied for the following purposes:
- Downhole and mainline conveyors, mobile and stationary, conveyors for bucket wheel excavators, spoilers and other mining and transport machines;
- Inclined conveyors for lifting loads at an angle of up to 16 °;
- Special steeply inclined conveyors for lifting cargo at an angle of up to 45 °, with a pressure or special belt;
Lifts
The use of the most modern technologies for the movement of goods allows you to optimize production processes, reduce transportation and warehousing costs, shorten delivery times and optimize jobs in large industrial enterprises, in trade, and in small workshops.

Feeders
Bulk material feeders are a versatile and cost-effective solution for uniform feeding of mining raw materials into crushing or processing equipment. Nowadays, feeders are widely demanded in mining, coal and other industrial sectors.

Coneyor Belts
Stationary belt conveyors of general purpose are designed for transportation of various bulk materials, dehydrated products of sylvinite-dressing plants enrichment along straight (in plan) sections of the track. Conveyors can be used in various surface industrial plants.
